• Residency & Education: Be a graduating high school senior from a public or private school in Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, Talladega, Randolph, or St. Clair County.

• Field of Study: Pursue a degree in Criminal Justice, Fire Science, Military History, Public Administration, or other public-safety–related field.

• Character: Demonstrate good moral character and a commitment to community service.

• Academic Excellence: Hold a minimum GPA of 3.8 and an ACT score of 17 or higher.
