HARMON-ROBISON
MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Harmon-Robison Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honor and preserve the legacy of Officer Allen Lee Harmon and Officer Otis Lee Robison two young and brave police officers from the Lincoln Police Department who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Line of Duty on November 16, 1974.
This $2,500 scholarship will be awarded annually to a deserving high school senior from a public or private high school in Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, Talladega, Randolph, or St. Clair county who exemplifies exceptional leadership, strong academic performance, and a commitment to community service.
By supporting students who aspire to serve, we hope to help recruit the next generation of leaders in public and military service. We are currently working toward our donation goal of $100,000.00 with the hope of reimbursing the generous donors who made the scholarship’s creation possible and ensuring its long-term sustainability of the scholarship fund.
